What we process
We process the plan text, goals, limits and optional files you submit. We also record basic usage events, approximate country, technical identifiers and timestamps needed for security, rate limits and beta analytics.
Why we process it
We use this information to generate and display your report, operate and secure the service, understand aggregate usage and improve the beta product.
Service providers
Submitted content is sent to OpenAI to generate the analysis and is processed by the hosting and storage services needed to run this site. Their handling of data is governed by their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, medical records or other highly sensitive personal or confidential information. Remove unnecessary names and identifiers before uploading a plan.
Retention and access
Plans, generated reports and optional files may be retained during the beta so that report links continue to work and the service can be evaluated. Anyone with a private report link may be able to view that report, so keep the link confidential.
Your choices
You may choose not to upload a file and may describe a plan without identifying people. A formal deletion and privacy-request process will be added before a paid launch. Until then, do not submit information you cannot safely leave in the beta system.
